I am delighted to be giving the Keynote Speech at the 19th Annual Coaching and Mentoring Research Conference on 19th January.
I will be talking about Optimal Energy® and my journey to writing the book on this topic – from seeing that there was a need to address energy with my executive coaching clients, identifying the lack of writing in the coaching and supervision fields and my research (at Oxford Brookes) to address this research gap – to the writing of the book ‘Coaching for Optimal Energy®: A guide for executive coaches’.
I will present a new way of considering energy, including the concept of Optimal Energy®, and challenge how energy has been previously considered.
