I am delighted to be a panellist on the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) webinar ‘What makes a highly effective coach?’ – which is an International Coaching Week 2023 Webinar Special. This will take place on 12th May. Facilitated by Coach and AoEC Faculty George Warren and with fellow guests Sam Isaacson and Dr Natalie Lancer we will be discussing what makes a truly effective executive or team coach: the values, qualities and skills that set good coaches apart. We will also consider the steps colleagues need to take to get there, from coach training to accreditation, and how the latest AI technology can be used to develop further.
